Calculating Fees
Please note: We do not offer casual classes - fees are calculated on a termly basis - with the exception of when you join - in which case we only charge you from when you do your trial.
Fees are charged on a termly basis - when you enroll you are making a termly commitment. We calculate the fee based on $13.00 per class for Kinderballet and $10.00 per class for "Mummy and Me". All fees include GST.
We also cover all of our students with Accident Insurance, click here for more details. All enrolled students will be charged $5 per term (those trialling do not have to pay). For "Mummy & Me" classes, this covers Mum also!
Paying Fees
Fees can be paid in a number of ways:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard) by phone
- Cheque or Money Order by mail - made out to 'Kinderballet'
- Direct Deposit - Please contact us for details
Payments can be made through our central office, our teachers can not accept payments.
When Are Fees Due?
For Kinderballet program: Fees are due BEFORE the child starts 'normal' classes. That is, any class after the Trial Lesson.
For our "Mummy and Me" program: Fees are due BEFORE your first class.
When returning for a new term, Fees for the term must be paid in full before the first class begins - please note that the teacher cannot accept payments directly.
Are fees refundable?
No, we do not refund fees once they are paid, unless we can no longer offer the course, in which case you will receive a refund of classes that you will miss due to the course cancellation. It is our hope that the trial will help you decide if your child is suited to Kinderballet. If you still have concerns then please let us know - we are always happy to work with parents.
If we miss some classes, can we have a credit towards the next term?
No, but we do offer you the opportunity to do a make-up class so you won't miss out!
What if we are going away for a couple of weeks and cannot (or do not want to) do make-up classes?
Either pay for the term or pull out until the following term. |
